This core leadership team had rare and proven history of collaboration, having worked together since 2008 on technically intensive international assignments, including the quantification of intricate structural and piping systems for offshore production facilities such as Maydan Mahzam (MM PS-2), Bul Hanine (BH PS-3), and the Offshore Crude Oil Terminal on Halul Island for Qatar Petroleum. This depth of shared experience in high-risk, engineering-critical environments defines MKS’s ability to operate at the intersection of cost intelligence, contract strategy, and technical precision—consistently delivering commercially resilient outcomes for the most demanding projects.
